Allowances, trials & sandbox
Build and test with clear environment and spend boundaries.
Monthly capacity
Document issuance and call verification have a monthly platform fee plus volume, selected in steps of 1,000. API signing volume is selected in steps of 100 documents. Workspace signing adds sender licences with 20 included documents each. The app shows your applicable price; standard prices can change with 90 days’ notice. Contact us for fixed pricing. Unused units expire at period end. The service stops accepting chargeable work at your allowance; no automatic overages are added.
What counts
Calls/texts: one successful return-challenge confirmation. Verifiable documents: one issued PDF, up to 5 pages. eSignature: one completed signing document. Unsuccessful recipient checks never create a successful-verification claim. Scan/OCR processing is a separate resource and commercial scope.
Trials and gifted access
Trials last 14 days and have fixed product allowances. They end without automatically charging a card. An administrator can gift a bounded allowance with an expiry and revoke that gift independently of paid subscriptions. Paid access is granted from confirmed subscription state, never from a checkout return URL.
Sandbox
Sandbox has separate grants, keys, document records, signing keys and sessions. Every proof is marked as a test. It does not send email or consume production allowance. Use synthetic data only. Personal eSignature is a separate limited free tier, not unlimited free business access.
Enterprise
Open Enterprise in the platform to review and accept your organisation’s standard agreement. Contact us without signing in for bespoke requirements, fixed prices, postpaid billing, extended retention or specialist assurance. Your active agreement and applicable pricing remain in the platform.
