Does the recipient need an account?
No. The private signing link opens the recipient’s document and signing flow. Your organisation manages the request from its workspace or API.
How is API pricing different from the workspace?
API pricing combines a monthly platform fee with document volume. Workspace pricing combines the platform fee with a sender licence and an included document allowance per sender.
Is there a personal option?
Personal and private-investor use includes three documents a month free. Business use and platform integrations use paid subscriptions. Sandbox testing is free.
Can we use our own delivery system?
Yes. Generate the private signing link through the API and deliver it through your existing application or messaging workflow.
